1. IMPLEMENTATION OF INNOVATIVE ELABORATIONS AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS:

2. IMPLEMENTATION OF ADVANCE TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR EMPLOYEES:

Development and update of technologies to support the professional growth of academic staff and heads of educational institutions; advance training of teachers;
Organization and provision of group and individual technical trainings: construction and design, pipelines, safety, maintenance and construction
Organization and provision of group and individual general education courses: project management, financial management, prequalification; drawing up tender documentation; health, safety and environment; quality assurance and control.

4. IDENTIFICATION OF TECHNICAL OPPORTUNITIES OF ENTERPRISES:

Technical audit of enterprises and institutions for the degree of compliance with legislative and technical requirements and standards;
Pedagogical audit and independent examination of technologies and educational facilities of educational institutions;
Technical analysis of non-conformities and identification of potential opportunities of enterprises and institutions;
Feasibility study of introduction of international technical standards.

5. PROVISION OF INFORMATIONAL AND ANALYTICAL AND CONSULTING SERVICES ACCORDING TO THE LICENSE-REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:

Calculation of the share of local content when submitting tender documentation;
Conducting training seminars on explanation of application of the Unified methodology for calculating local content and legislative requirements;
Analysis of the share of local content in procurement of goods, works and services of organizations. Identification of key aspects that affect the indicators of Kazakhstan content in procurement;
Drawing up an information and analytical conclusion on possible ways of solving the problem of Kazakhstan content;
Provision of consulting services on measures of state support of Kazakhstan enterprises;
Maintenance of licensing procedures, certification and state accreditation of directions, specialties of training, including consultations on the current licensing and regulatory requirements for educational organizations and provision of services for preparation of a package of licensing documents;
Legal and scientific and methodological support of international educational projects with the participation of educational institutions and educational management authorities.

6. DEVELOPMENT OF SUPPLIERS DATABASE:

Development of a potential suppliers database with extensive information on the provided services, completed projects, technical capabilities, financial turnover, existing international standards, etc.;
Maintenance, updating and archiving of the database in the relevant areas;
Organization of preparation and release of information-analytical and information-graphic materials, printed products, brochures and booklets, infographics in the relevant areas;
Update of the database on a regular basis.

7. INTRODUCTION OF INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS:

Training and implementation of international technical standards ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers), API (American Petroleum Institute);
Training and certification of personnel in NDT - Non-destructive testing;
Training and certification in international standards in the field of Quality Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 13485), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS 18001), Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000), Information Security Management System (ISO 27001) and Risk Management System (ISO 31000).
